Safal Herbs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2015, had approved and accept the following;<BR><BR>1. To shift the Registered Office of the Company from the Pune, (Maharashtra) to Delhi.<BR><BR>2. To conduct the postal ballot to change the registered office of the Company.
