SAGAR CEMENTS LTD. - Updation of the Company's acquisition of BMM Cements Ltd

With reference to the letter dated November 26, 2014 informing of the Company having entered in to a formal Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the shareholders of BMM Cements Limited (BMM), to pave wave for the Company's acquisition of the entire holdings in due course in the said company, subject to fulfillment of various conditions in the said SPA, Sagar Cements Ltd has now informed BSE that the said process of acquisition is in its advance stage of completion.<BR><BR>Pending the actual completion of the remaining formalities connected with the above said acquisition, the Company will be buying the entire cement being produced by BMM and marketing the same under the Company's brand name "Sagar Cements, which will further popularize the Company's brand in those areas which are currently served by BMM.
