We wish to inform you that following the laying down of office by Shri K.Thanu Pillai as Chairman on completion of his second consecutive term as an Independent Director, the Board of Directors has appointed Shri K.V.Vishnu Raju (DIN: 00480361), an independent Director of the Company to hold'' office as Chairman of the Company with effect from 24th September, 2022.
