SAGAR CEMENTS LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier letter dated September 24, 2014 regarding the Board's decision to accord its 'In Principle' approval for acquisition of BMM Cements Ltd., Sagar Cements Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board at its meeting held on October 17, 2014, has accorded its final approval for the same.
