Sahara One Media & Entertainment Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Nitin Raghuvanshi has resigned from the post of Manager/Principal Officer of the Company vide his resignation letter dated May 05, 2015, which has been accepted by the Board of Directors w.e.f. June 01, 2015.<BR><BR>Further inform that, Shri Subhash Chandra Tiwari has also tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 01, 2015 vide his resignation letter dated May 27, 2015.
