SAHYADRI INDUSTRIES LTD. - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board has recommended Final Dividend of Rs.1 per Equity share of Rs.10 each of Financial Year 2023-24.This Final Dividend is subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing 30th AGM. Other details will be determined later and will be informed separately.
