Sahyadri Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The trading window will be closed under Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading from July 29, 2014 and will reopen after 24 hours after results are made public on August 08, 2014.
