The Trading Window shall remain closed until the second trading day after the declaration of Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year of Financial Year 2024-25 ending on September 30, 2024. The date of Board Meeting at which the said financial results will be considered shall be intimated to you in due course of time.
