This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and designated persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated/Connected Persons from 1st April, 2023 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the half-yearly and yearly Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2023.
