We wish to inform you that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2020 for the purpose consideration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 alongwith other matters for which trading window is required to be closed.<BR> <BR> The trading window will open 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of above information to the stock exchanges.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 will be intimated separately.<BR>
