In compliance with reg 30 & 33 of SEBI Regulations, 2015, We had, vide our letter dated 19th May, 2022 intimated you that due to appointment of new Auditors of Company to conduct statutory audit of accounts of the Company for the financial year 2021-22, the quarterly or annual financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 will not be finalised on or before 30th May, 2022. Therefore, we requested you to allow the Company to submit quarterly / annually financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 on or before 30th June, 2022. The Auditors are conducting the audit of such accounts of the Company, we once again request you to kindly allow the Company to submit quarterly / annually financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 on or before 30th July, 2022. We further ensure you that we will take all legitimate steps to finalise quarterly / annually financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 as early as possible.
