Saksoft Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company took note of the resignation of Mr. S.Narayan from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from the close of business hours on November 04, 2014.<br/><br/>In place of Mr. S. Narayan, Company Secretary the Board has appointed Mr. Vivekanandan Babu as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with immediate effect (November 04, 2014).
