Sakthi Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened to be held on May 24, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve / recommend the following:<BR><BR>1. The Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>As already informed, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for Directors and Designated Persons will remain closed from April 01, 2022 to May 24, 2022, both days inclusive and will open 48 hours after the announcement of results.
