SAKTHI FINANCE LTD. - Allotment of NCDs in the Company's Public Issue by NCD Issuance Committee

Sakthi Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the NCD Issuance Committee at their meeting held on May 18, 2016, have allotted 16,48,708 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,000 each aggregating to Rs. 164.87 crore to the eligible applicants as per the Basis of Allotment approved by BSE Limited.
