Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Moniter and Report Trading by Designated persons, we wish to inform that trading window for dealing in the shares of the company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from end of the quarter ending 30th September 2024 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of unaudited financial results.
