Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on November 12, 2014, Dr. M. Manickam, Executive Vice Chairman, has been elected to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. In view of this, Dr. M. Manickam will be the Executive Chairman of the Company.
