Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve issue of equity shares on preferential basis to Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (ARCIL) by conversion of a portion of the loan acquired by them amounting to Rs. 61.12 crores.
