Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has took on record that pursuant to the definition of Associate Company and Subsidiary Company in the Companies Act, 2013, Sakthi Auto Component Limited has become an Associate Company and not a Subsidiary of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014.
