Sal Automotive Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

As per the Company Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders'' the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company will remain close with effect i.e. from Monday, 1st July, 2024 and shall be reopen after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial result for the quarter ended 30th June 2024.
