With reference to the mail sent to the Company seeking for clarification on Price Movement, we would like to inform you that there has been no such price sensitive information that needs to be informed to the Exchange under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, except those which has already been declared. We have not even declared our Financial Result for the year ended as of now and we will provide all the disclosures in the duo course and the price movement that is seen is absolutely external and the Company has no nexus with it.
