Salem Erode Investments Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

This is in continuation to the intimation letter dated 14.10.2024 , regarding resignation of company secretary and complaince officer, we intimate that the delay in filling the announcement was inadvertent and was due to strict adherence to the schedule III Part A , Part A Sub Para 7 C of Reg 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 , under which we have provided complete details concerning the resignation of the KMP, along with the resignation letter.
