Approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company and taken on record the Auditor''s Report on the said financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2024 along with a declaration by the Company for Audit Report with unmodified opinion, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"); (enclosed herewith) 2.
