Samhi Hotels Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations & Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading & Code for Practices for fair disclosure of UPSI, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024, from the first day after the end of quarter, i.e., 01st July 2024 up to the expiry of 02 (two) trading days after the date of declaration of the said financial results.
