Samhi Hotels Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

This is to update you that we have made the intimation regarding the resignation of Mr. Michael Peter Schulhof (DIN: 01884261) as the Non-Executive Director from the Board of the Company. However, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with applicable SEBI Circular, the same has been complied with, inadvertently with a delay. The Company assures to follow the same within 24 hours of resignation as prescribed under para 7 of relevant SEBI Circular, in future.
