Samhi Hotels Ltd - Clarification For Inadvertent Typographical Error In Disclosure Submitted Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI LODR Regulations On 18Th July 2024

This is in continuation to the Disclosure dated 18th July 2024 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations made on 18th July 2024, in relation to transition and rebranding of Assets of the Company''s subsidiaries and step-down subsidiary pursuant to execution of Management Agreements with Marriott Hotels India Private Limited and its affiliates (''Marriott''). In the list of Assets provided in the said disclosure, the Company inadvertently mentioned ''Four Points by Sheraton, Chennai OMR'' as ''Fairfield by Marriott, Chennai OMR''. Please note it was a typographic error only and was unintentional. Kindly take the same in your records.
