Sammaan Capital Ltd - Receipt Of Call Money In Respect Of First And Final Call On The Outstanding Partly Paid-Up Rights Equity Shares Of The Company

In relation to the call of the final INR 100 per partly paid equity shares, which were allotted on February 2024, pursuant to Company''s Rights Offer as per Letter of Offer dated January 28, 2024, of the total issue size of INR 3,693 Cr at INR 150 per rights share, the Company has in total received INR 3570 Crores against the total issue size - thus 97% of the monies has been received. A Final-Reminder-Cum-Forfeiture-Notice is being issued to holders of approx. 1.23 Cr rights issue shares, from whom INR 100 per rights issue is to be received. For details, refer attachment.
