Sammaan Capital Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of listing regulations, we wish to inform that in terms of Board Authorization dated September 03, 2025, read with resolution passed by committee on December 04, 2025, the Company has today allotted i) 20,000 Secured NCDs of face value of INR 1,00,000 each aggregating to INR 200 Cr. (Series I Issue), and ii) 10,000 Secured NCDs of face value of INR 1,00,000 each aggregating to INR 100 Cr. (Series II Issue) on a private placement basis. Refer attached file for more details.
