This is to inform you that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the 'Designated Persons' from Friday, October 01, 2021 till forty eight (48) hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2021. <BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting for the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2021 will be intimated in due course. <BR>
