Samrat Forgings Ltd - Intimation Of Change Of Secretarial Auditor

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has received intimation of resignation from Mr. Kanwaljit Singh, Practicing Company Secretary (Certificate of Practice No. 5870), as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2021-22. In view of the same, Mr. Kanwaljit Singh is no longer associated with the Company as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2021-22. Further, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. July 23, 2022 has appointed Anil Negi & Company, Company Secretaries in Practice (C.P. No. 17213) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company, to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.
