In continuation of our earlier letter dated June 29, 2022 regarding Closure of Trading Window, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from August 07th 2022, to August 17th, 2022 (both days inclusive) in connection with the company's Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August, Saturday 13,2022 at 05:30 P.M as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the year Quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
