This is with reference to your letter L/SURV/ONL/PV/NP/ 2022-2023 / 2290 dated April 19, 2022 from BSE Limited Letter (received via email on April 19, 2022), seeking clarification in the matter of movement in the price of equity shares of the Company across exchanges in the recent past. We would like to inform that there is no pending information and/or announcement from the Company, which is required to be informed to the stock exchanges in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("the Listing Regulations"), which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price behaviour in our scrip.
