Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform that M/s. JPMK and Company, Chartered Accountant, (having Firm Registration No.124193W) has resigned as Statutory Auditor of the Company due to other preoccupancy and other assessments. Copy of their resignation letter dated June 25, 2024, received by the Company yesterday i.e. on June 27, 2024 is enclosed.
