Sang Froid Labs (India) Limited has informed BSE that,in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and in term of the Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window is closed for directors, designed persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect from, 4th February, 2019 and will be reopened after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the Quarterly Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2018.<BR>
