This is to inform you that Mr. Chandubhai Dobariya, Director of the Company will act as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 17th April, 2019. Further, he is also empower, on behalf of Board of Director, to determining materiality of event and information as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and also authorized to disclosure same with Stock Exchange on behalf of the Company.
