Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment thereto) read with the Internal code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trades of Sangam (India) Limited (the Company"), the trading window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited FInancial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 for all the Directors, Designated persons & their relatives including all insiders and the "Connected Person" with the Company.
