Sangam India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Trading Window for dealing in Company's securities shall remain closed from July 23, 2015 to August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive) due to the above, in terms of clause 6 of the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct" framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
