Pursuant to the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/ 62/2016 dated July 05, 2016, since IND-AS is made applicable to each listed company with effect from 1st April, 2017. <BR> <BR> the Company is first time to adopt IND-AS, hence the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 and 30th September, 2017 will be submitted to you on or before 14th September, 2017 and 14th December, 2017 respectively, as permitted.<BR>
