Sanghvi Forging & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that, in compliance with Regulation 8 and 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has formulated (i) Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and (ii) Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders.
