We wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Friday, 13th November, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company have inter-alia considered, approved and took on record the following: <BR> <BR> 1. The unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended 30th Sept, 2020 were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors.<BR> The Statutory Auditors have carried out a 'Limited Review' of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended 30th Sept, 2020.<BR>
