Sanofi India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Insider Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 30th September 2024 to the stock exchanges.
