Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 18, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and recommend final dividend on equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>2. To fix the day, date, time and venue for the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve the notice for 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>4. To consider and appoint the Scrutinizer for conducting E-voting and voting through poll at the 26th Annual General Meeting;<BR><BR>5. To consider and approve the draft Directors' Report, Corporate Governance Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the year ended March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>6. To consider and approve the Secretarial Audit Report.<BR><BR>7. To finalize the dates for closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books (Book Closure Dates) of the Company for the purpose of ensuing Annual General Meeting;<BR><BR>Note: Post postal ballot result to be declared on August 11, 2017; the Board shall adopt the new name of the Company "Sanwaria Consumer Limited"; to reflect the change in nature of business of the Company from Commodity Sector to FMCG Sector and changed revenue mix.<BR>
