SARDA PAPERS LTD. - Updates on Open Offer

Intensive Fiscal Services Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") on behalf of Manish Ladage, N. R. Parameswaran, Kamini Johari and Kartik Johari ("Acquirers"), has informed this Corrigendum to Public Announcement/Detailed Public Statement (Corrigendum) in respect of the Open Offer to the equity shareholders of Sarda Papers Ltd ("Target Company") pursuant to and in compliance with Regulations 3(1) and 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. This Corrigendum is being issued pursuant to changes/amendments advised by SEBI vide their letter dated November 07, 2014 and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement filed on September 02, 2014 and Detailed Public Statement (DPS) on September 08, 2014 and September 09, 2014, unless otherwise specified.
