SARDA PROTEINS LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

In terms of Regulation 30(2) read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that the Company has received Resignation letter dated 15th July, 2024 from Mrs. Shipra Gandhi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company informing about her resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) due to some personal and unavoidable reason with effect from the closure of business hours of 15th July, 2024. Further, the details of the aforesaid Chief Financial Officer (CFO) required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 has been attached herewith as Annexure-A.
