SAREGAMA INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (''the Code''), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by all Designated Persons as defined in the Code, shall be closed from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financials Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2024 pertaining to the Financial year 2024-2025.
