Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2014, inter alia, has co-opted Mr. Deepak V. Harlalka, an Industrialist, as an Additional Director on the Board as an Independent director of the Company with immediate effect.
