Karvy Investor Services Ltd ("Manager to the Buy back Offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of Public Announcement ("PA") to the Shareholders/ beneficial owners of Equity Shares of Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd ("Target Company"), pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 8(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy back of Securities) Regulations, 1998 as amended thereto (Buy-back Regulations) and contains disclosures as specified in Part A of Schedule II to the Buy back Regulations.<BR><BR>Offer for Buy-back of upto 41,57,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of Face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 260 per fully paid up Equity Share on a proportionate basis through Tender Offer Process.
