With reference to the clarification sort vide letter dated 23.08.2024, we would like to clarify that all the events, information etc that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information, etc has been timely and adequately intimated to the public and exchange and to the best of our knowledge there is no such pending information/announcement which is required to be furnished to the Exchange which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price behavior.
