Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that Shri T. Sreerama Murthy, Executive Director (Operations), has tendered his resignation as Director on the Board of the Company with effect from March 02, 2015, due to personal reasons and he will be relieved as per terms of appointment.
