Satin has informed to the exchange that Meeting of Working Committee of the Board of Director of Satin Creditcare Network Limited is scheduled to be held on December 14, 2017 (Thursday) for the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures upto the amount of Rs. 200 Crores (Rs. Two Hundred Crores only) through Private Placement;
