Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Directors has allotted 86,926 equity shares under stock option plans (ASOP - RSU and ASOP - B) of the Company, vide its resolution dated June 15, 2013.<br/><br/>Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 1,177,382,681 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,354,765,362/- to 1,177,469,607 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,354,939,214/-.
